About us
We are a community of 60 homes situated off Tallevast, 10 minutes from the Sarasota International Airport and UTC Mall. Everything you need is close by, even the beaches. Our annual maintenance dues are a low $300 due January 1 each year. If you wish to be on our Association news updates and mailings please provide your email to maplelakeshomeowners@gmail.com
